Founder & CEO

Murali Mohan - Founder & CEO holds a BA in Economics and a Master´s Degree in MBA from National Institute of Management Bangalore. with 22 years of experience in IT Training Services, IT Staffing Services, IT Services, Higher Education Vertical, ERP, Infrastructure Management, , BPO Management. Experience in Business Development, Spanning across both IT and BPO industries and market leadership of emerging and mature businesses on a global scale, with an emphasis in B2B solution delivery. In his current role, Murali Mohan provides end-to-end strategy, oversight, and direction for Avlog infotech, with a focus on across vertical and domain and also equally focused on creating opportunities and customer value and to deliver with passion. Murali Mohan has combined a unique background in business leadership, strategic planning, leadership, and customer-facing engagement frequently to transform, grow, and optimize organizations holding full P&L responsibility.

Mr.Kochat-Narendran

Director

An accomplished Management Professional with over 35 years of varied experience in setting up agency networks and managing integrated logistics supports programs across the world; He has a proven track record of negotiating and establishing trade agreements and evolving business models in logistics.

He is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University with an additional certification in Advanced and Strategic Management from INSEAD and Stanford University conducted at NUS, Singapore. He has a Marketing Management certification from Warwickshire University and has also undergone an Advanced Management course at Administrative Staff College at Hyderabad.

His expertise extends to International and Domestic Trading, Sales / Marketing, Strategic Planning, IT, HR, Business Development, Finance and Product Development. Astute in identifyingoperational requirements, implementing plans and effectively coordinating with cross functional teams to achieve business results and objectives, he possesses a unique combination of team leadership and highly developed organizational skills.

Pursuing challenging roles as Director, Chief Executive Officer within the Logistics and Freight forwarding Industry, his expertise in management, international trade and strong customer service skills have been effectively utilized to contribute towards the growth and profitability of organizations. He has most recently completed an assignment to restructure and streamline operations for Yusen Logisitics, a prominent Japanese logistics entity.

He is involved in the Incubation Centre for new start-ups at Amrita Business School and is a mentor to students from Amrita Business School and IFIM Business School of Management, Bangalore.
